Join TD Bank's Affinity Plan ...Help Save A Child's Life

Easy and Simple Way to Help Children's Charity Raise Money ...and no cost to you!

HOW IT WORKS:

1. You have an account at TD BANK (remember you can always open one)
2. You notify TD BANK that you would like TD BANK to DONATE
   • 1/2% for checking balances and/or
   • 1/4% for all savings balances of all participants.
3. You let TD BANK know that you are affiliated with PCF
4. PCF will receive a check from TD Bank in September.

This does not affect the balances of the customers' accounts nor does PCF receive information on the members' balances.

PCF NEEDS TO HAVE MINIMUM OF 50 PARTICIPANTS

To date: 20 persons have signed up for this program. We need 50 to qualify.

SO, ask your friends if they have accounts at TD Bank. If they do, ask them to sign up for the Affinity Program with PCF being the recipient. It does not cost ANYTHING.

PCF should not lose out on receiving ANY MONEY which helps children with cancer.
