MAMARONECK SHARES, a 501(c)(3) organization, is dedicated to raising awareness for the Village of Mamaroneck and the dedicated community service organizations who serve its residents.  Through its annual Block Parties, MAMARONECK SHARES raises funds, which they then distribute to chosen local charities, to assist with their financial needs.  The Block Parties take place directly on Mamaroneck Avenue in the heart of the village.  Visitors enjoy strolling from venue to venue, enjoying the music and entertainment that is provided.  Monies are raised through various means including children’s games and activities, donations and raffle sales.

This year, Block Parties will take place on the following dates, all from 7pm-11pm:

• July 14: International Night
• July 28: Country + Western Night
• August 18: 50’s Night
• September 9: Paint the Town Pink

Our chosen charitable organizations are:

At Home on the Sound:  Provides services for senior adults who choose to remain in their homes in the Larchmont-Mamaroneck community

keep aBreast:  A local “Susan G Komen Race for the Cure” team to help rid the world of breast cancer

Mamaroneck Emergency Medical Service:  Provides emergency medical service for Mamaroneck and is in need of a new ambulance

Pediatric Cancer Foundation:  Funds treatment, research, patient/parent care and state-of-the-art equipment for children battling cancer

MAMARONECK SHARES Block Parties are a fun night out for the entire family and are certainly worth a ride to the picturesque Village of Mamaroneck to sample all that the village has to enjoy.
