Bidding Rules for the PCF Luncheon Art Auction October 5th, 2006

Carolee Thea has collected this artwork from numerous artists who graciously donated their pieces for the 37th Annual PCF Luncheon. For those of you who are interested in bidding on a piece of artwork and can not attend the luncheon, we offer the option of bidding on-line.

On-Line Bidding Rules:

1. Select your artwork of choice
2. E-mail us at pcf_art_auction@yahoo.com with your name, phone, address, name of the artwork and number and your maximum bid. You will receive an e-mail confirmation that we received your bid. If you do not receive a confirmation within 72 hours, then please re-submit your bid. If you do not receive confirmation from your second bid, please contact Nancy Joselson, Executive Director, PCF, at 914-777-3127.
3. All bids need to be received by Thursday, September 28, 2006, 12:00pm EST.
4. The highest on-line bid will be the opening bid on the day of the luncheon.
5. You will be notified by Thursday, October 12, 2006 ONLY if you have won.
